[Acc - Com] Perubahan PTKP dimulai tahun 2013

Dear Member Acc-Com,

 

Pada tanggal 22 oktober 2012, menteri keuangan telah menandatangani dan mengundangkan PMK yang mengatur perubahan tarif PTKP dalam menghitung PPh 21 atau pun PPh OP.

Status PTKP dengan TK/0 menjadi 24.300.000 dan penambahan tanggungan menjadi 2.025.000 per orang.

Untuk penjelasan lebih detail dapat dilihat pada PMK yang terlampir.

Peraturan ini berlaku pada tanggal 1 Januari 2013.

JAKARTA. Pemerintah akhirnya menetapkan aturan baru penghasilan tidak kena pajak (PTKP). Beleid ini telah diteken Menteri Keuangan (Menkeu) Agus Martowardojo pada 22 Oktober 2012. Aturan baru ini akan berlaku mulai 1 Januari 2013. Dalam beleid bernomor 162/PMK.011/2012, Menteri Keuangan memutuskan PTKP untuk wajib pajak lajang sebesar Rp 24,3 juta ...
